Return and Exchange Policy


Your order will be delivered to cargo within 1-7 business days. For orders worldwied, after your product is delivered to DHL Express Cargo, delivery time varies according to distances and Country. You can track your order with the tracking number that was send you via E-Mail, please check your mailbox and Spam.



What is your return&exchange policy?

You must make a return request within 14 days of receiving the package (the date of receipt is determined by the date of the logistics delivery).

We do not have exchange policy.

Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and Packaging with all tags attached.

We do not accept packages that are returned directly without contacting us in advance.

For Contact please write us an E-Mail to the reason of your return.

Packages without a return tracking number will not be processed for a refund.

The customer is responsible for shipping returns, all shipping costs for the return will be at the customer’s expense. Also original shipping fee will not be credited back upon return.

  2. We will provide you with the appropriate return address as soon as we receive your request.
  3. Please provide us with the return tracking number once you sent the package out.
  4. We will refund you as soon as we receive your return. Please note that the $18 shipping fee you paid for your order is non-refundable.

How much do return cost?

Shipping costs for returns will depends on the post and country you are sending it back. Lokal Posts are preferable. 

If your product is not working due to a material or manufacturing error or you have received the wrong product, please email us at within 14 days with an appropriate photo description. We will provide you with a specific solution. If your order exceeds the deadline, we will not process it.

VAT return ?

+18 VAT (value added tax) can be Charged from your countries custom while the delivery. DHL is paying the duty charge and giving you the bill while the delivery.
This depens to your countries custom not happens offten but can happen. If you paid VAT you have to get it from your country back. It is not a payment we got ore a payment we can ask back.
